Why do you do what you do – When I had to get a real job and couldn’t carry on playing football, I was a bit lost. Hours on my own running just didn’t cut it. When I discovered CrossFit over a decade ago I found that I was learning something new every day, and could still compete – but with myself amongst my friends. Coaching has given me an excuse to spend even more time in the gym, buy even more books (and shoes!), and I love helping our community have the best hour of their day at In2.
