Absolutely love this place! The facilities are the best I have seen in a Crossfit box. The coaches are very knowledgeable and have real skill at keeping you free from injury. Previously I'd found every reason not to exercise. But I wanted to improve my overall fitness levels and I needed something different to do. Since joining In2 Training 18 months ago I've maintained 3 classes a week and I love going.
