Everyone is welcome. We have classes for everyone from kids to seniors.

CrossFit and Sweat are our core programmes, offered as part of a monthly membership.

In addition, we run classes for kids, parents and seniors which are accessed through class packs.

Sweat

Sweat classes will get  you moving for the duration of the 60 minute class – we mix cardio, strength training and high impact exercises, adaptable to your personal level and goals, in an environment that is fun and energetic under the guidance of one of our experienced coaches.

Many of the movements are also used in CrossFit, which is why we suggest all new members start in Sweat classes to get a good foundation in basic movements before adding in the higher skill movements that CrossFit includes.

CrossFit are also 60 minutes, but classes follow a different format to Sweat classes. Whereas Sweat classes aim to get you moving in a high intensity workout for the duration of the class, the first part of each CrossFit is Skill and Strength. 

This means you will be adding in more strength work than in Sweat, and also get to try your hand at the higher skill barbell and gymnastic movements.

There is no minimum entry requirement to join CrossFit other than to do 1 month of Sweat classes first – there is no such thing as being too unfit or too weak to do CrossFit, all movements are scaled and workouts adapted to suit all levels.

Parents

Many of our Sweat and CrossFit classes are Parent-friendly. These classes follow the same format as our standard classes, but you are able to bring little ones to save any childcare headaches! This means there is space in the studio with play mats for little ones, the music is at an appropriate level and the coach will be on hand to suggest alternative movements where appropriate.

For post-natal mums who aren’t ready to return to classes, we also offer post-natal personal training, and if you’re concerned about returning to exercise we can refer you to a specialist post-natal physiotherapist for a full checkup  – please let us know if you’d like more details.

Seniors

SeniorFit is a strength and conditioning class for older adults who are not content to simply sit on the couch getting older. As the old adage goes “use it or lose it.” 

Research suggests that the development of chronic disease in older adults is not a result of just ageing but as a result of decreased activity and less-than-healthy lifestyle choices. SeniorFit to the rescue! All classes include a warm-up, a weight-training circuit intended to build strength and bone density, and a conditioning circuit designed to improve cardiovascular health.

Prerequisites: Open to any older adult who wants to exercise in a fun, safe, and inclusive manner.

Kids & Teens

CrossFit kids uses a lot of the same movements from adult classes, but adapted for young athletes. The classes use a lot of innovative games, with the primary goal to teach kids that keeping fit and healthy is fun!
