TRAIN

Train classes are for members who want to work on developing new skills for the sport of fitness, whilst challenging themselves in a more competitive environment. Sessions are divided up across a warm up, skill/strength work, and a workout. Participants will have the opportunity to work on a high variety of movements, from handstands to Olympic lifts like the clean and jerk. 

LIFT

LIFT is a weekly strength-only session. Whilst we know everyone loves the Sweat classes, we believe that adding in a more strength-based class will provide everyone with a much greater training variety. These classes will utilise classic strength training principles and the session will vary each week.

SWEAT

Sweat classes will get  you moving for the duration of the 60 minute class – we mix cardio, strength training and high impact exercises, adaptable to your personal level and goals, in an environment that is fun and energetic under the guidance of one of our experienced coaches.

 

FUNDEMENTALS

If you have never done Crossfit before or are new to some of the movements we use at the gym, this is the best place to start. In these classes we will be taking you through some of the main movements you will need to be comfortable within our classes.  From learning the basics of olympic lifts, squats, deadlifts, press movements and some gymnastics basics, we will cover it all.

OLY

Our Oly classes are purely focused on teaching and mastering the olympic lifts. In these sessions we will go through the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. As these move are so technically complex this class is great for any one who needs to refine their technique or is a beginner looking for some tips are advice.

CONNECT

Who doesn’t love a team workout! This weekly team workout is an awesome opportunity for you and the rest of our community to team up and smash a workout together. Classes consist of a 30-40 minute workout in groups of 2-4. These classes combine all the elements of Crossfit  together with the high intensity of our sweat classes.

MOVE

Here at in2 we not only emphasise the importance of fitness but we also want our members to understand the importance of recovery. In these sessions we will stretch, mobilise and rehab to ensure all our members are able to perform at their best potential.

IN2 THE WEEKEND

What’s the best way to finish off the week? In these sessions we combine interval work utilising a combo of lifting and cardio. The cross training of athletic type lifting for full range strength and free exercise for anaerobic has a major impact on developing explosive power endurance, and can also be great for torching some unwanted body fat.

KIDS & TEENS

At a time where obesity in young adults is becoming more and more prevalent, our kids programme is designed to engage children in a healthy and active lifestyle from a young age. Our classes are designed to help young athletes who play competitive sports. As well as being inclusive to those who may not have found an activity they enjoy but want to be fit and healthy.
