Sculpt

Class description

Sculpt combines strength and conditioning training through use of barbell and dumbbell exercises. You will spend your time targeting specific areas, building them up or breaking them down. Whether your goal is to shed and tone or bulk and cut; Sculpt is a great way to do it. Great for all levels as can be adjusted to your fitness level.
