OUR CLASSES

CrossFit

Train classes are for members who want to work on developing new skills for the sport of fitness, whilst challenging themselves in a more competitive environment. Sessions are divided up across a warm up, skill/strength work, and a workout. Participants will have the opportunity to work on a high variety of movements, from handstands to Olympic lifts.

SWEAT

Sweat classes will get you moving for the duration of the 60 minute class.

We mix cardio, strength training and high impact exercises, adaptable to your personal level and goals, in an environment that is fun and energetic under the guidance of one of our experienced coaches.

HYROX

The workouts: Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls. 10 divisions separated by weights and reps schemes, subcategorised by age. Here we have IN2 Training classes that are on a limited or adhoc schedule such as Yoga, competition classes and Open gym.

During Open Gym, the gym is open for members to come and train solo or in groups.
