The best gym that I’ve ever experienced. All of the trainers and members are so friendly, welcoming and encouraging. What an awesome community! I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
Absolutely love this place! The facilities are the best I have seen in a Crossfit box. The coaches are very knowledgeable and have real skill at keeping you free from injury. If you are unsure about Crossfit or how to progress your training, pop in and speak to any of the staff. I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised at how at home you will be made to feel.
Previously I'd found every reason not to exercise. But I wanted to improve my overall fitness levels and I needed something different to do. Since joining In2 Training 18 months ago I've maintained 3 classes a week and I love going. Every session at IN2 Training is 60 minutes, coach-led, and built to help you train smart and safely — no matter your fitness level.
We kick off each class with a dynamic warm-up to prep your body for the workout ahead. Your coach will then walk you through the day’s training: covering the movements, proper technique, and how to scale it to your needs.
Throughout the workout, your coach is right there to guide, correct, and motivate you. We finish each session with a group cool-down to support recovery and reduce the risk of injury.

Our workouts are constantly varied and programmed in advance to keep things fresh and fun.
Some days we focus on strength — like squats, kettlebell swings, or Olympic lifts. Other days are more cardio-driven, using rowers, bikes, and full-body conditioning. Sometimes, it’s all about bodyweight movements like push-ups, pull-ups, and sit-ups. And then there are the days where it all comes together for an epic full-body challenge.
