It's the Final week of our Royal Rumble throw down before our Live final in a couple of weeks.๐ We are have got a nice little chipper for you this week.๐ฅ

Book onto this Saturdays class via wodboard๐๐
Serves 2, so increase accordingly:
Cod 8oz fillet skinned
1 small handful fresh basil.
150g large prawns raw
1 avocado
140ml double cream (you can take a lighter option such as half fat creme fraiche it may split slightly but won't affect taste)
150g parmesan
5 mini roaster/Charlotte potatoes
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
broccoli 350g
1.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 red chilli thinly sliced
18ml of soy sauce (light)
1tsp of caster sugar
250ml sunflower or veg oil
Basil leaves
1/4 tsp cumin seeds ...

Looking to improve your running? Want to shave some time of your 10km?
We will be starting a new 6 week running cycle starting on 1/3/2021๐ช This cycle will have the main goal of improving your 10km time and building your running capacity. There will be 3 sessions a week including interval runs and speed work, Tempo/ threshold sessions and easy/ base training sessions.๐ฅ
All the sessions can be found via your WODBOARD app starting next week monday.๐โโ๏ธ๐
