At In2training our CrossFit classes are for all levels. We have award winning instructors and a great community of members that helps push each other every day to reach their goals. Train classes are for members who want to work on developing new skills for the sport of fitness, whilst challenging themselves in a more competitive environment. Sessions are divided up across a warm up, skill/strength work, and a workout. Participants will have the opportunity to work on a high variety of movements, from handstands to Olympic lifts like the clean and jerk.

Sweat classes will get you moving for the duration of the 60 minute class – we mix cardio, strength training and high impact exercises, adaptable to your personal level and goals, in an environment that is fun and energetic under the guidance of one of our experienced coaches.

The workouts: Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls. 10 divisions separated by weights and reps schemes, subcategorised by age.
