Class description
If you have never done Crossfit before or are new to some of the movements we use at the gym, this is the best place to start. In these classes we will be taking you through some of the main movements you will need to be comfortable within our classes. From learning the basics of olympic lifts, squats, deadlifts, press movements and some gymnastics basics, we will cover it all.
